For our guests we have prepared a comfortable holiday camp consisting of 30 quarters located 50 m from the shoreline of Lake Wdzydze, which is part of Lipa1, with exclusive access for our guests.

Each of them is characterized by direct access to the lake and full equipment.
We provide water bikes, kayaks and SUP boards at our guests' disposal, we offer discounts for our guests, and the longer you rent, the less you pay :)
The holiday camp is equipped with water and electricity supplied separately to each quarter, as well as sanitary facilities with a sink, shower and toilet. The cottages are ready for immediate use, similar to a hotel.

Lipa1 is a unique holiday complex located in the picturesque forest settlement of Lipa, just 2 km from Wdzydze Tucholskie, on the shores of Lake Wdzydze, called the "Kashubian Sea". We offer a holiday and camping site, comfortable summer houses and water equipment rental, creating an ideal place for families, nature lovers and people looking for active recreation surrounded by forests and waters of the Wdzydze Landscape Park.
Lipa1 is located in the settlement of Lipa, in the Karsin commune, in the Pomeranian Voivodeship, in the Wdzydze Landscape Park. The complex lies on the eastern shore of Lake Wdzydze, one of the largest and most beautiful water bodies in Pomerania, with an area of approximately 1,400 ha and a maximum depth of almost 70 m. The lake, with a characteristic cross shape, consists of four connected water bodies: Wdzydze, Jelenie, Radolne and Gołuń. A short, 2-kilometer forest road separates Lipa from Wdzydze Tucholskie, a popular tourist destination.

In the case of a stay with children, it is required to confirm the identity of minors and their relationship with the guardian, in accordance with the regulations on the protection of minors.

We own nearly 2 ha of land with our own coastline of approximately 200 m in length, which allows us to provide our guests with unrivaled accommodation in terms of area on the holiday camp, as well as a comfortable place for recreation right on the shore of the lake.
We approach our business professionally, putting the comfort of our guests first, we make every effort to ensure that their stay is peaceful, for this purpose we have created clear regulations of stay, which contain basic principles defining the stay in our location.
